Product Description:
• Item no. SF497, safety shoes made completely without metal, is a perfect choice for people working in secured areas or near induction loops as used in airports and industry.
• Innovative closure system (SPINON) without laces, buckles or Velcro fasteners. The closure can be closed and opened with one hand.
• Composite toe cap protects toes against impacts of at least 200 joules and pressure loading of at least 15 kN.
• Puncture resistant (penetration resistant) textiles provides great flexibility and freedom of movement.
• The midsole is made from EVA (ethylene-vinyl-acetate) and provides outstanding cushioning. The low material density makes the midsole particularly lightweight. The outsole is made from rubber and is particularly abrasion-resistant, nick-resistant, heat resistant to approx. 130°C and flexible at cold temperatures to -20°C.
The outsole is also oil and fuel resistant and resistant to many chemicals (acids and lyes).
